Earlier this year we announced that as of 1 January 2008, Tijd Beursmedia/Tijd Nederland has become part of the Germany-listed company, vwd Group. Now, the time has come to reflect this takeover in a name-change. As of 1 January 2009, Tijd Beursmedia/Tijd Nederland will continue its activities under the names vwd group Belgium and vwd group Netherlands.

This is a logical move in the integration of Tijd Beursmedia/Tijd Nederland into the vwd group. The objective remains the same; to offer a broader range of tailor made information, communication and technology solutions, specifically oriented toward asset management, retail banking, private banking corporations and media.

With nearly 400 employees in 15 offices in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland, vwd group is an international company with a strong affinity for local financial markets.

Firstly, the name change will have mostly ‘visible’ consequences: the name and the look and feel of vwd group will be used for all our products and services. This implies many practical changes. If you are one of our professional customers using our services on your website we may request your assistance in this.

For vwd group Belgium there is another change as well. As of 22 December 2008, we can be found at our new location:

• Our current website www.tijdbeursmedia.com will also be renewed. As of 1 January you can visit our new website at www.vwd.eu
• Our general conditions remain unchanged.
• All current contracts remain in force
